Daniel Walsh

board-member He has a well established track record and spent a number of years providing solution discovery and consultancy services to large global corporations. Daniel has owned a number of successful businesses in a number of countries and founded the FIOFRO brand after acquiring and restructuring both Globagroup International Plc in 2013 and Danusgroup International in 2014. He has a passion and a drive for delivering the unexpected, whilst being a firm advocate of commercial communism, where If a proposition doesn't work for everyone then it simply doesn't work.

Nigel Griffiths

board-member Nigel was Deputy Leader of the House of Commons until 2007, and before that has held a number of important government positions, including Minister for Construction, Minister for Competition and Consumer Affairs, Minister for Coal Health Compensation, Minister for Small Businesses and Minister for Enterprise. Nigel retired from office in 2010 to pursue other interests.


Shawn Moore

board-member Shawn is now currently back in the USA after working for a large multinational corporation in central Europe, Shawn spent a number of years working in the international property development and management market sector. Whilst working for Globagroup International Plc he worked with large corporations throughout the USA dealing with corporate restructuring strategies and strategic growth development initiatives. Shawn now runs US operations for FIOFRO Limited.

Marc Paelinck

board-memberMarc has over 15 years in the International Music Industry. His music has represented 5 different countries in the Eurovision Song contest and he has also written & recorded a number of chart hits for different artists around the world. Being an Industry Leading creative business person who speaks and writes 5 languages Marc brings a very interesting dynamic to FIOFRO and fully thrives on the big international challenges presented through our European Operations.

Grenville Burn

board-member Grenville Burn is a Freeman of the City of London and has almost thirty years service with The Salvation Army, culminating with responsibility for all PR and fundraising in the United Kingdom and Ireland. As former Chairman of the EAGB, Grenville also created the ‘Mikado Experience’, a networking programme that engenders millions of pounds income to participating companies every year. In addition to other calls upon his time, he is also a Special Advisor to The Rt. Hon. The Lord Foster of Bishop Auckland..

Keith Hatchick

board-member Keith Hatchick was formerly a partner at a large West End Legal firm, after having worked for some years with Nabarro Nathanson. He handles a broad range of corporate commercial ventures from small business start ups, joint ventures and partnerships, to mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance and Stock Exchange work (particularly secondary markets). Keith has contributed to a number of journals and books and given seminars.

Paul Wood

board-member Paul has spent the last 10 years developing and delivering integrated web based solutions, from standard web site and hosting services through to integrated business management systems. Paul is one of the most progressive business solution thinkers in the market today. Paul specialises in .ASP, .NET2, Flash, Photoshop, HTML, PHP and Solutions Integration. He now heads the software development teams for FIOFRO Limited.

Glenn Thomas

board-member Glenn spent a number of years in large scale property development before moving to the USA delivering integrated Sports Management Services. He was the founder of ITPOD. Now back in the UK Glenn is a founding member of SG Sports Management and the CEO of Bury FC football club. Glenn is responsible for our sports engagement programmes.

Douglas Laird

board-member Douglas spent 4 years at the Scottish Office in the Government Legal Services Department. He spent a number of years running a consultancy business, working for clients such as BT, Transco, Environmental Agency, and Hewlett Packard. He returned to management in 1998, working for the Welsh Development Agency. Douglas has spent the last 8 years at Birmingham City Council, the largest single local authority in Europe, where he holds the post of Business Development Manager.

Bruce Lamb

board-member Bruce has over 30 years experience in Corporate and SME businesses. By profession an Information Technology Business Analyst and Project Manager, by choice an Independent Consultant with experience across a wide variety of sectors including Information Technology solutions to Interactive Gaming, Property Management and the Waste Management sectors. His forte is finding workable solutions to business problems through the review of people their processes and positioning their IT systems.
